Competency Restoration

We have worked with patients requiring all levels of forensic treatment, including undergoing initial competency evaluations, individuals found incompetent to stand trial, individuals found to be non-restorable, and individuals found not guilty by reason of insanity. We have demonstrated experience with integrated program management to include competency restoration and medical services, and the expertise to provide quality care for varying patient acuity levels.

Recovery Solutions renovates outdated and/or damaged buildings and uses agency-provided space to maximize the value of existing assets while reducing implementation timelines. Each of our facilities have maintained compliance with applicable state regulations and standards. We are able to provide a renovated facility that meets the needs of the patients, improves operational efficiency, and is designed to take advantage of “green” building techniques.
